Is Lady Gaga giving us new music? Some fans think her next album may be closer than we realize after a recent social media interaction.
The singer, 40, recently offered a brief but reassuring response to a fan who asked her not to make them wait too long for new music, hinting that she may have more up her sleeve following the release of her 2025 album, Mayhem.
The exchange happened Monday, October 19, when Gaga, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, shared a TikTok video promoting a new holiday brush set from her beauty brand, Haus Labs, to the tune of “Last Christmas.” While the video focused on her makeup products, one fan used the comments section to make a request that had little to do with cosmetics.
“Gaga please don’t make us wait long for albums!!! We just want music!!! Every albums has been taking longer & longer ?,” the fan wrote.
Gaga, who just welcomed her first child earlier this year, responded with a short message that quickly caught the attention of her devoted Little Monsters.
“Don’t worry ??,” she replied.
Although the singer did not announce a release date or confirm that a new album is in the works, her response offered a promising sign for fans eager to hear what comes next.
“The interaction comes as Gaga navigates a major new chapter in her personal life. She and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, welcomed their first child, a daughter named Rose Bean, in June. The couple has generally kept their relationship private, and Gaga has not shared extensive details about their daughter publicly.
“Mother don’t joke about albums,” one user responded.
Another, clearly in the holiday spirit, added, “What if the album is our Christmas gift??”
It’s been a busy year for Gaga, who welcomed daughter Rose Bean with her fiancé Michael Polansky in June. For now, Gaga hasn’t confirmed whether a new album is on the way, but her reassuring reply has Little Monsters wondering if they’ll have new music to unwrap sooner rather than later.
