Michael B. Jordan’s former Hollywood Hills home is back on the Los Angeles real estate market, this time with a $14 million asking price.

Jordan bought the home for $5.8 million in 2019 and later listed it for $6,988,000 in March 2022. The property has since changed hands and was renovated before returning to the market in September for twice the price Jordan once asked for it.

The four-bedroom home sits on Woodrow Wilson Drive in the Hollywood Hills, in an area known for its celebrity residents. The property was designed by architect Jeffrey Mills in 1997 and blends modern design with warm, natural materials.

According to Robb Report, the home is now being offered by Charles Derenne, Silk Fernald and Dominique Madden of the ACME Team at Serhant.

Jordan purchased the property in an off-market deal in September 2019, per Mansion Global. At the time, the actor paid $5.8 million for the Los Angeles home.

He later put the property on the market in 2022 for $6,988,000. The property then went through another change in ownership. The founders of design and development studio Ome Dezin bought the house for $5.25 million in July 2025.

Ome Dezin then spent about a year and a half remodeling the interiors. The firm said the existing architecture and surrounding landscape helped guide the design.

The house had previously been used as an art gallery, creating a challenge for the designers. They said their goal was to bring more warmth, depth and a sense of intimacy to the rooms.

The result is a home that combines its original architecture with updated luxury features.

The property is set on a private acre of land, giving the new owners and future buyers plenty of space and privacy in the Hollywood Hills.

Inside, the great room has an asymmetrical brushed stainless-steel fireplace, exposed beams, and clerestory windows. The dining room includes an integrated wet bar, while a library has a built-in L-shaped sofa.

The kitchen is one of the home’s standout areas. It includes a La Cornue range, a professional pizza oven, and a natural stone backsplash.

The property has five full bathrooms and one powder room. A ground-floor guest suite opens directly toward the pool and gardens.

The primary suite includes a fireplace, terrace, and dressing room. Its bathroom has a marble freestanding tub and a shower covered in blue and white marble.

The house is also part of the celebrity-heavy Upper Nichols Canyon area. Architectural Digest noted that Jordan’s neighbors included celebrities such as Niall Horan, Lady Gaga and Robert Pattinson.

Jordan became widely known for films including Creed, Black Panther, and Just Mercy. He later starred in Ryan Coogler’s Sinners, in which he played twin brothers.

For Jordan, the Hollywood Hills property was one of his Los Angeles homes during a period when his career continued to grow. He had previously shared a $1.7 million home with his parents before purchasing the Hollywood Hills property.

Now, the renovated residence is back on the market with a much higher price than the amount Jordan paid for it.
