ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Nayomi Flores remained in the Monroe County Jail on $250,000 cash bail after a deadly wrong-way crash on the Inner Loop in June.

Flores faced charges including aggravated vehicular homicide, manslaughter and aggravated DWI. Two people died in the three-car crash near the St. Paul Street exit and Flores was also seriously hurt.
She was due back in court Oct. 27 for the results of a psychiatric exam to determine if she was fit to stand trial.

Our crew at the scene saw dozens of Rochester firefighters, multiple ambulances, troopers, and drones responding to the crash. All three cars involved in the crash had their airbags deployed, and first responders had to use the Jaws of Life.
Broken pieces of cars were scattered across the Inner Loop, and both directions were shut down at one point. Rochester police also responded for traffic control. For hours, crews diverted eastbound traffic to St. Paul Street.
