Warning: Spoilers from the Lioness Season 3 finale follow.
Lioness has not officially been renewed for Season 4, but Jill Wagner is willing to put her own money on the line.
The actress and executive producer, who plays Bobby on the Paramount+ drama, recently made a bold prediction about the show’s future.
“We’re going to get a Season 4. We will, we will,” Wagner told ScreenRant in a clip shared to its TikTok back in August. “Or I will pay you $100.”

After escaping an attempted abduction, Joe McNamara (Zoe Saldaña) returned home to find her family gone and a “For Sale” sign outside. Her husband, Neal (Dave Annable), had taken their children and left Joe a letter.
The finale also revealed that Aaliyah Amrohi (Stephanie Nur) was behind the attempts to capture Joe. Aaliyah is seeking revenge against the operatives responsible for her father’s death in Season 1, placing Joe, Cruz Manuelos (Laysla De Oliveira) and the rest of the team directly in her path.
Although Paramount+ has not announced another season, Wagner believes series creator Taylor Sheridan left viewers with every reason to return.
She described the finale as “so good” and praised Sheridan’s ability to keep expanding the story.

There may be another encouraging sign behind the scenes. Per Decider, Writer Michael Idov recently announced on Instagram that he and his wife, Lily Idov, had joined Lioness as writers and supervising producers.
For now, fans will have to wait for Paramount+ to make Wagner’s $100 bet official.
All three seasons of Lioness are streaming on Paramount+.
