BRISTOL, N.Y. — State Route 64 and Fisher Hill Road is currently closed after Ontario County Sheriff’s deputies say a crash involving a tractor-trailer caused a diesel fuel spill.
Deputies say the tractor-trailer was heading north on NY-64 when a driver in a Chrysler Pacifica was turning onto that road and collided with it.
The driver of the Pacifica was extracted from the vehicle and brought to Strong Memorial Hospital. The driver of the tractor-trailer wasn’t hurt, deputies say.
The State Department of Environmental Conservation responded to the crash for the spill. Deputies say the roadway is expected to reopen soon. Check back later for any updates.
