Another weekend of college football is here, and we have a few doozies on Saturday’s slate!
We know where the Bears stand right now in terms of potential draft needs. Left tackle, defensive line, defensive back, and running back are probably the biggest needs. That might change as the NFL season progresses, but it’s a pretty safe assumption that at least a few of those positions will help pop up as needs when GM Ryan Poles and Head Coach Ben Johnson turn their focus to building a 2027 NFL Draft big board.

While we didn’t see many top-tier matchups, this weekend has a few big games Bears fans should watch. Ohio State visits Texas in a top-five matchup, and both of those rosters are loaded with NFL talent. Alabama and Kentucky is an intriguing one too, especially in the trenches. And speaking of the trenches, if you’re looking for line prospects or defensive backs, Iowa vs Iowa State is never a bad game to watch.
