ROCHESTER, N.Y. — On Wednesday, around 9:50 p.m., Rochester police responded to East Avenue, near Winton Road, for a report of a shooting.
Officers later found a 37-year-old Rochester man, who was not shot, but his car was hit by gunfire while he was in it, police say.
No one else was injured, and police report that no one is in custody. The investigation is ongoing.
