IRONDEQUOIT, N.Y. — The Irondequoit Arts and Music Festival returned to I-Square on Saturday.
The festival showcases local artists and live music. CLC Arts Events says this is the fourth year and there were seven local music acts scheduled.
Coordinator Chris Blaine told News10NBC he partners with I-Square and House of Guitars each year for the festival. He also shared how the festival came about.
“My two friends and I got together and felt there was a need for Irondequoit to have a festival, for people to walk here if they want to, and it’s been neat. We’ve got to our fourth year, which is great. This year we have a nice, mellow lineup of music,” Blaine said.
Blaine told News10NBC the hope is to be back for a fifth year.
