SANTA MARIA, Calif. (KEYT) – Two people had major injuries after being ejected during a single-vehicle rollover crash near Blosser Road and Eagleton Avenue Sunday evening.
On Aug. 30, around 9:43 p.m., first responders were dispatched to the intersection of Blosser Road and Eagleton Avenue for a single-vehicle rollover collision stated a press release Monday from the Santa Maria Police Department.
Arriving officers found a vehicle that had been involved in a rollover crash and that both the driver and passenger had been ejected during the collision detailed the local law enforcement agency.
According to Santa Maria Police, both people had major injuries at the scene and were transported to Marian Regional Medical Center for further medical treatment.
A preliminary investigation indicates that alcohol appears to have been a factor in this collision added the Santa Maria Police Department.
