The brand new series, hosted by Jimmy Carr, will see a fresh group of comics fight for the Last One Laughing trophy - and there's a familiar face or two.
In addition, for season 3, Roisin Conaty will swap out the comfort of Jimmy's control room to enter as a contestant. Mel Giedroyc will step in as Jimmy's deputy!
Over the course of the series, the comedians will use every ounce of their talents to try and break their opponents without cracking up themselves. But they'll also have to watch out for comedy cameos, format twists and surprises designed to lure laughs from the players.
The four-parter – which launches on Friday 23 October – features comedians Jack Dee, Phil Wang, Reece Shearsmith, Harriet Dyer, Tom Allen and season 1 returnees Lou Sanders and Daisy May Cooper. The first three episodes will drop on 23 October followed by the final on 30 October.
