The series was initially announced last September but now the streamer has confirmed that cameras are now rolling on the eight-episode drama.
Produced by A24, the drama has also confirmed some further casting additions. Joining Kidman, Fanning and Josh Lucas are Stephan James (If Beale Street Could Talk) and Colton Ryan (The Girl From Plainville).
Discretion follows a summer associate named Lenny, played by Fanning, who works at a prestigious Dallas law firm but uncovers a web of non-disclosure agreements masking a dark truth.
The series marks a reunion of sorts for Kidman and Fanning, who can more recently be seen in Apple TV's Margo's Got Money Troubles.

The project, which is set to air next year, is adapted from a short story by New York Times bestselling author Chandler Baker, whose novels include Whisper Network and The Husbands. The short story itself was inspired by Baker's own experience as a corporate lawyer, and Baker serves as writer and executive producer on the upcoming series.
Oscar and Emmy nominee Susannah Grant, best known for Erin Brockovich and Unbelievable, executive produces. Matt Shakman, the Emmy-nominated director behind WandaVision and The Fantastic Four: First Steps, serves as an executive producer and will direct the first four episodes.
