The three-part series, which is titled Sam & Pete: Dying to Look Good, will follow the pair as they delve into current trends in the men’s health and beauty industry, from looksmaxxing (maximising your full aesthetic potential) and t-maxxing (testosterone boosting), to cryotherapy and cosmetics.
The documentary series, which is produced by Crackit TV, is set to be released at some point in 2027 on ITVX and ITV2.
Elaine Hackett, CEO of Crackit TV, added: "Scroll through social media for five minutes and men will be told they need a better jawline, thicker hair, higher testosterone, whiter teeth and somehow a morning routine that starts at 4am."
She continued: "This series isn’t about judging the people buying into these trends; it’s about understanding why so many men are, and what that says about modern masculinity. Sam and Pete are right in the thick of navigating their own health and wellbeing, and having them on this journey will be eye-opening."
