ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 9-year-old boy is recovering after someone shot him with a pellet gun Monday night according to police.
Officers responded to Magnolia Street around 8:20 p.m. and found the child with a wound to his upper body. He was taken to the hospital, treated for non-life-threatening injuries and released.
No one is in custody. An investigation is underway.
