The new story, written by Alfie Hewitt, is set high above the world of Doorahla and follows the fascist Ultima, who are unleashing vicious force upon their enemies and performing depraved experiments on their captives - until the Doctor arrives, that is.
Alongside Culshaw and Evans, Wings of Steel also stars Ellen O’Grady as Ulnar, Nigel Betts as Paxor, Nicholas Shaw as Mundar, and Holly-Marie Michael as 409.
