Hilary Duff quickly learned that whiskey shots are apparently not what dreams are made of.
The singer, who is currently on her “Lucky Me” tour in the U.S., came to Tinley Park’s Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre Sunday. Known for bringing millennial nostalgia to her performances, Duff became a viral hit when she was given a shot mid-performance.
Footage of the moment showed Duff, wearing a “Home Alone” T-shirt, holding the glass as she waited for the rest of her band to also be given a shot because didn’t “want to do this alone.”
“Is this good whiskey?” she asked. “I don’t even know what the difference is.”
Eventually, the group cheersed the crowd and took the shot.
