The heat continues, Sunday July 26th forecast ...Middle East

News by : (News channel) -

Heat advisories and warning continue for much of the region which means more mid to upper 90's are expected and even a few low one hundreds are possible. In addition, higher than normal humidities will make things feel a little extra sticky or muggy. Overnight lows also have a hard time cooling off with the added moisture making for balmy low temperatures. For will try to form right along the coast, but not move very far inland and burn off quickly during the day.

Looking ahead, we will start the new week with more hot temperatures, but some cooling is expected by Tuesday and Wednesday when most areas should at least lose the advisories. With that said, inland areas will likely stay very warm as we head through the last few days of July. We are also monitoring the Summer Monsoon to our south. A few mid and upper level clouds will drift over the region with thunder chances for areas to our south and east. In the Pacific, Hurricane Fausto and Tropical Storm Genevieve will continue to move to the west and northwest well away from us. Always need to keep an eye on these large storm systems as they can be tricky with regard to direction. Higher than normal surf from the south will likely continue in to next week as well. A Beach Hazards Advisory is in place through about mid week for most of the coastline, especially those beaches that have good exposure to south and west.
