Alt, 65, kick-started her modeling career in the late 1970s, but rose to stardom in the ’80s when she hit the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Known as “The Face” thanks to her gorgeous looks, the beautiful brunette graced hundreds of magazine covers throughout the ’80s and went on to a successful acting career, with appearances on everything from animated series like King of the Hill to reality shows like The Celebrity Apprentice in 2008. A uterine cancer survivor, Alt attributes her excellent health to her raw food regimen. As anyone can see from her latest Instagram reel, her health regimen is likely working just fine.
"A little kick, a little attitude… and absolutely no sensible footwear in sight," the brunette beauty said as she flipped her gams around for the camera.

While Alt was one of the most famous models in the world, she struggled tremendously to stay on top. That meant starving herself to stay thin.
