ROCHESTER, N.Y. – Monday will bring lots of bright sunshine and a breeze off the lake. High temps today will be a little cooler than yesterday but very pleasant in the 60s. The breeze will be around 15mph form the northeast. Threat Tracker will be green with quiet conditions the next few days. Clear skies and a chill in the air tonight with lows well down into the 40s. Tuesday will bring more sunshine and warmer weather in the 70s. Wednesday through Friday look good with temps each day around 80 degrees.
Tracking the weather into next weekend may bring some showers. A front will likely approach Rochester and the Finger Lakes Saturday or Sunday with a chance for showers and a possible thunderstorm. At this time no need to cancel outdoor plans for the weekend but make sure you stay tuned for updates on the timing of rain as we get closer to Saturday. Temps will remain warm on Saturday and turn briefly cooler Sunday before warming again next week.
