Zafro did provide multiple window adapter sizes, however because of how small my windows are I was only able to make one of them fit correctly, and it took a lot of trial and error to get everything seated properly without coming apart. That part was definitely frustrating and could use some improvement, especially for smaller windows.
Once installed, setting up the app was very easy. All you have to do is hold the pairing button on the unit and the app finds it almost immediately. There are a lot of different settings and customization options that allow you to tweak the unit quite a bit, which I appreciated. I actually ended up rarely using the included remotes because the app is simply more convenient for everyday use. Being able to control everything right from my phone made adjusting settings, changing temperatures, and switching modes much easier.
As for the window unit, installation was much easier thanks to the design that allows it to sit down on the window instead of hanging awkwardly outside. Unfortunately, because of my siding, I had a hard time getting the unit perfectly level. I ended up using a spare piece of plywood to help support it and prevent the extended rubber feet from pushing against the siding. Once I got everything adjusted though, it felt solid and secure.

For some reason, the portable unit cannot use Extra mode unless the temperature is set to 61 degrees. I’m not sure why this limitation exists, especially since the units themselves do not go down to 60 degrees like many competing models. It is not a huge issue, but it definitely stood out during testing.
Speaking of the app, it works great most of the time and offers a lot of useful controls and features. However, it does still have its fair share of bugs. I experienced random sign-outs, notification tones turning themselves back on, and occasional glitches when adjusting settings. None of these were major enough to stop me from using the app, but some small refinements and stability improvements would make the overall experience much better.
As for the portable unit, it is definitely a little louder than the window model, but still nowhere near as loud as many other portable AC units I have used before. Compared to most portable systems, it is still impressively quiet.
