MOUNT MORRIS, N.Y. — A 50-year-old woman has been arrested after Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies say she was selling crack cocaine.
Deputies arrested Kimberley Delavergne Friday following an investigation by the sheriff’s office into the sale of crack cocaine in the Village of Mount Morris.
Delavergne is charged with three counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was processed by the sheriff’s office, turned over to the Livingston County Jail, and will appear in Livingston County Court at a later date.
