ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester’s peregrine falcons have laid their second egg of the season on top of the Times Square Building downtown.
Nova, one of the falcons, laid the egg in their nest box. The nest can be viewed live through the “R Falcon Cam” provided by the Genesee Valley Audubon Society.
It’s unclear if a third egg will arrive. The falcons are part of a project that started in 1994 to reintroduce the peregrine falcon to eastern North America.
