LIVINGSTON COUNTY, N.Y. — A Livingston County Court jury has found a man guilty of multiple sex crimes.
Patrick Steinmetz was convicted of use of a child in a sexual performance, two counts of aggravated patronizing a minor for prostitution and two counts of criminal sexual act.
In 2023, prosecutors say Steinmetz patronized a minor for prostitution and engaged in sexual conduct with the minor. They say he also committed other acts of sexual misconduct in 2024.
All crimes happened in the Town of Springwater, prosecutors say.
Steinmetz is remanded pending sentencing, which is set for May. He faces a maximum of 15 years.
