The Internet’s biggest awards show is almost here, and some of the biggest names in music are nominated this year.
The International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences announced the nominees for the 2026 Webby Awards on Tuesday (March 31). Now in its 30th year, the Webby Awards spotlight Internet excellence, from viral memes and podcasters to content creators and filmmakers. As always, this year’s nominees represent a wide range of online successes, including major tech companies, A-List actors and some of the biggest names in music.

Lady Gaga is nominated in two categories: Events & Livestreams, Social Campaigns (Social) for the Lady Gaga Monster Press Conference put on by Spotify, and Best Mobile Visual Design – Aesthetic, Mobile Features & Design (Websites & Mobile Sites) for her website. Taylor Swift is up for Arts, Culture & Lifestyle, Social Campaigns (Social) for “The Fate of Ophelia” launch on YouTube (done by We Are Social North America). Bad Bunny is up for both Best Partnership or Collaboration, Social Features (Social) and Best Community or Fan Engagement – Media/Entertainment, Social Features (Social). Kendrick Lamar and SZA will duke it out against Sabrina Carpenter, Rosalía, Little Simz and Claude for Best Music Video. Other musicians included in this year’s nominees are KATSEYE, Cardi B and Justin Bieber.
On top of the individual categories they are competing in, nominees are also eligible to win The Webby Award, selected by the Academy, and The Webby People’s Voice Award, voted on by fans online. Voting for The Webby People’s Voice Awards is open now through April 16 at 11:59 p.m. PT at vote.webbyawards.com.
The 30th Webby Awards, hosted by The Daily Show‘s Josh Johnson, will be presented live on Monday, May 11, at Cipriani Wall Street in New York City and streamed on the Webby Awards YouTube channel. See below for the full list of this year’s Webby Awards nominees.
