The McBee Dynasty: Real American Cowboys star Galyna Saltkovska has remained friendly with her ex Steven McBee — even throughout his prison sentence.
“We definitely have contact. We’re able to email each other,” Galyna, 47, exclusively told Us Weekly on Thursday, March 26, at the Bold and the Beautiful’s BBTV launch event. “There are some occasional phone calls, and we are able to make visits.”
Galyna, who is the CFO of McBee Farm & Cattle Co. in Missouri, previously dated owner Steven, 54. News broke in November 2024 that the McBee Dynasty patriarch pleaded guilty for his involvement in a multimillion-dollar fraud scam using federal crop insurance. As part of his plea deal, Steven agreed to pay restitution and was sentenced to 24 months in prison. He reported to jail in December 2025.
“We are keeping up our professional relationship,” Galyna told Us on Thursday. “[We are] learning a whole new [type of] friendship, partnership. It’s complicated [as we’re] navigating it all.”

Amid Steven’s sentence, Galyna has continued to film Bravo’s McBee Dynasty alongside her ex’s children. (Steven Sr. shares four sons with ex-wife Kristi McBee: Steven Jr., 33, Jesse, 31, Cole, 26, and Brayden, 23.)
“You have to tune in. It’s definitely gonna be the hottest show on Bravo this summer,” Galyna teased to Us of the upcoming third season of the reality TV show. “There’s no doubt about it. I think we are definitely bold and beautiful, like, in a whole different level. … If you are a fan of the soap and reality [TV], we are your show.”
McBee Dynasty season 2 had ended with Galyna’s arrest for suspicion of driving while intoxicated shortly before Jesse’s wedding to Alli Ventresca. Police officers ultimately did not pursue charges against Galyna, who was released from custody and only issued a ticket for reckless driving.

What makes me different is [my] ability to navigate through whichever challenges life throws at me.”
As for Steven Sr., he was “doing alright” within weeks of his incarceration.

Here’s what he has to say: He wants to send his sincerest thank you to everyone for their thoughts and prayers as our family tries to navigate this life changing situation. He’s doing as well as could be expected under the current circumstances as he gets adjusted to the life in federal prison.”
