2026 Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association 3A Swimming and Diving Championships
March 13-14, 2026 Lewisburg, PA SCY (25 yards) ResultsState College senior and Virginia commit Molly Workman certainly went to work at the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association 3A Swimming and Diving Championships.
Workman won her third straight titles in both the 50 and 100 freestyle events, and had splits of 21.65 and 47.51 to help State College win the 200 and 400 freestyle relays, respectively.
In the team race, the Upper Dublin girls and the North Allegheny boys both repeated as champions. The Upper Dublin girls finished 32 points better than runner-up North Allegheny, while the North Allegheny boys finished 37 points ahead of runner-up La Salle.

Leading the way for Upper Dublin was senior Sophia Sileo-Magliari, a Drexel commit who successfully defended her title in the 100 breast with a personal best time of 1:00.67.
Sileo-Magliari also split 27.15 on the breast leg to help Upper Dublin win the 200 medley relay in a time of 1:40.98. Other team members were Victoria Williams (25.28) on back, Olivia Auwarter on fly (24.60) and Maddie Shapiro on free (23.95).
The individual standouts of the meet were Workman and North Allegheny senior Claire Bacu.
Workman three-peated as champion in the sprint freestyle events, once again claiming the 50 free (22.22) and the 100 free (48.48).
Workman was also a part of two winning relay teams.
In the 200 free relay, Workman anchored in 21.65 to help State College win with a time of 1:33.11. Other team members were Isla Reith (23.74), Molly Staniar (23.66) and Ellen Woodruff (24.06).
Workman also anchored State College’s winning team in the 400 free relay, splitting 47.51 to help her team win with a time of 3:24.98. Other team members were Reite (51.84), Gabby Hickman (52.49) and Woodruff (53.14).
Committed to Brown. Bacu won the 200 free in 1:49.07 and the 500 free in 4:51.34, both personal best times.
Other event winners were:
Fox Chapel freshman Ellie Lange won the 200 IM in a personal best time of 2:01.42. Bethlehem Freedom senior Hayden Taylor captured the 1-meter diving event with 508.60 points. Cumberland Valley senior Addison Buckman, a James Madison commit, won the 100 fly in 52.86 after finishing 2nd last year. Fox Chapel freshman Delaney O’Toole claimed the 100 back in a time of 54.15.Girls’ Team Standings — Top 5

North Allegheny won the team title on the strength of two relay victories.
In the 200 medley relay, the team of Danny Lesinski (22.29), Alex Harbaugh (25.27), Mason Shantz (21.56), Zachary Totin (20.07) won in a time of 1:29.19.
North Allegheny won the 200 free relay in 1:22.14 behind the team of Totin (20.55), Odin Hsu (20.62), Shantz (20.61) and Harbaugh (20.36).
The only individual to win multiple events was Wissahickon senior Reed Harris, a Brown commit.
Harris won the 200 free in 1:36.93 and the 500 free in 4:22.43, both in personal best times.
Other event winners were:
Upper Dublin sophomore Luke Sullivan claimed the 200 IM in a personal best time of 1:47.40. Upper Dublin junior Brady Manser, a Penn State commit, won the 50 free in a personal best time of 19.99. Bethlehem Freedom senior Cody Smith captured the 1-meter diving event with 541.35 points. Wilson senior Kay Boyer, a West Chester University commit, repeated as champion in the 100 fly with a personal best time of 47.53. Upper Saint Clair senior Nazer Zoukovski, an Arizona commit, won the 100 free in a personal best time of 44.19. Unionville junior Grant Fleming claimed the 100 back in a personal best time of 47.24. La Salle senior Kyle Spaman, a William & Mary commit, won the 100 breast in a personal best time of 53.83, improving on a 4th-place finish from last year. Souderton won the 400 free relay in 3:04.09 behind the team of Kelly Moody (46.46), Nathan Kleppinger (46.23), Jack Bollinger (47.11) and Ryan Christie (44.29).Boys’ Team Standings — Top 5
