22 Calls Made to '90 Day' Star's Home for Alleged Cyberbullying, Dog Abuse ...Middle East

News by : (Us magazine) -

Over 20 emergency calls to former 90 Day Fiancé stars Leida Margaretha and Eric Rosenbrook’s home were made to police in recent years, including instances of alleged cyberbullying and suspected dog abuse, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

The Adams County Sheriff’s Office responded at least four times to the couple’s address in 2025, according to police reports exclusively obtained by Us. (Rosenbrook and Margaretha appeared on 90 Day Fiancé during season 6, which aired in 2018.)

On January 30, 2025, someone called the sheriff’s department to ask for a welfare check on the reality TV couple’s pet dog after claiming he saw a husky at their residence get hit with a laptop.

“He is worried that she will hurt the dog again,” the report read, noting the caller was “concerned” Margaretha was at the residence with the dog. However, when asked if he had evidence to substantiate that the pet was in danger of being harmed, the caller responded, “Forget it, ciao,” and no welfare check was conducted.

On June 20, 2025, a neighbor called the Sheriff’s Office to report that Margaretha was the victim of a dog bite.

When authorities arrived at the scene, they met with Margaretha who “explained that she was bit by her dog, which she described as a one year old Siberian Husky, who is black and white, and named ‘Appa.’ [Margaretha] explained he was neutered yesterday and had been fasting. She also stated that he has been food aggressive in the past. [Margaretha] said she was trying to feed him and he became aggressive and bit her right hand,” the officer noted in the report.

Law enforcement also noticed injuries to Margaretha’s hand.

“I observed several small punctures and a laceration on her fingers and the top of her hand,” the document stated. The reality star declined when asked if she wanted an ambulance to transport her to the hospital and said she’d seek medical attention later.

Margaretha was allegedly ready to say goodbye to Appa then and there.

“She asked if I would take the dog to the animal shelter as she did not want it anymore,” the officer wrote. “I explained the Bite Order to Leida and that I would mailing it to her as I did not have any with me at the time.”

The officers did not take the dog that day.

In October 2025, someone from a propane company called police asking for a “civil standby.” The caller claimed they needed to pick up a propane tank from Margaretha’s property because they had “an issue” with non-payment, and the 90 Day Fiancé star would “not allow them on the property.”

On December 7, 2025, another report from the sheriff’s office indicated that a 2018 Audi A6 was repossessed from their home.

At least four calls were made by Margaretha as early as 2020, reporting she was being cyberbullied by various people.

Prosecutors Call 90 Day Fiance’s Leida a ‘Flight Risk’ Amid Investigation

In 2021, Rosenbrook and Margaretha made over 12 calls to police reporting alleged online harassment from a blogger, whom they had a temporary restraining order against.

During one instance, Rosenbrook informed police that Margaretha was “having a panic attack over this” and was on the phone with a crisis hotline.

Court records viewed by Us show the pair were granted an 18-month order on December 29, 2020. It expired on June 28, 2022.

Margaretha and Rosenbrook’s attorney declined to comment.

As Us previously reported, Margaretha and Rosenbrook filed for bankruptcy weeks later on December 26, 2025.

They listed the 2018 Audi A6 as one of their vehicles in the bankruptcy filing while claiming they had only $1,547.80 in their checking account.

Last year was rough for Margaretha and Rosenbrook, whose problems went beyond their money troubles.

Both of the reality stars were arrested in July 2025 after the death of their newborn daughter.

Rosenbrook was arrested for domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct in July 2025 following an alleged altercation with his wife after she informed him that his dog had bitten her.

At the time, Rosenbrook spoke to Us denying he got physical during the June incident. He did, however, admit he got into a fight with Margaretha on July 4 and hit her.

He said Margaretha was holding their daughter at the time, but was adamant he didn’t make contact or hurt his daughter.

Margaretha was taken into custody on July 16, 2025, and is facing 24 felony charges for various alleged crimes, including wire fraud, forgery and theft, stemming from her arrest.

She appeared in court earlier this week after the Adams County Health and Human Services Department’s initial assessment deemed the death of their daughter as “non-accidental.”

Starcasm reported that the assessment “found a preponderance of the evidence to substantiate maltreatment of physical abuse to the infant by the mother.”

Both Margaretha and Rosenbrook objected to the ruling and have reportedly hired their own private medical examiner to challenge the autopsy.

The pair announced the death of their daughter via social media.

“It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend tragedy has struck,” Rosenbrook, wrote via Facebook on July 10. “Yesterday at 12:53 PM after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the surely bonds to join her grandfather Tom.”

Days before, Margaretha shared and later deleted a post, begging for her child’s life to be spared.

“Dear God… You can take away my life but do not take away my daughter’s life…” Margaretha reportedly wrote on July 5. “She just born… And God… If this is going to be my lesson to appreciate life since I’ve been struggling with suicidal thoughts then take away my trauma… Help. Me. Find. Peace. Help. Me. Forgive.”

Neither Margaretha nor Rosenbrook’s arrest reports were included in the Adams County Sheriff’s Office call for service batch.

Us is told the police report surrounding their daughter’s hospitalization on June 4, 2025 and death will not be released because the investigation is ongoing.
