Carl Albert High School did something no other school has ever done at the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association 5A State Championships.

For the first time in 5A history, Carl Albert swept the state titles, with the boys winning their third straight championship and the girls claiming their first crown since 2021.

Girls’ Recap

Peters also added a 2nd-place finish in the 100 free (56.69) for Carl Albert.

There were three individual stars of the meet: Bishop Kelley sophomore Grace Noviski, Bishop McGuinness sophomore Camryn Kanaly and Crossing Christian School junior Jasper Jernigan.

Noviski won the 200 free in a time of 2:01.14, and then captured the 100 breast in a time of 1:10.91, both personal bests.
