2026 Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Division II Winter Swimming and Diving Championships

Feb. 14-15 2026 Cambridge, MA SCY (25 yards) Results: Girls  Boys

Weston and Wayland School went 1-2 in both the girls’ and boys’ meets at the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association Division II Winter Swimming and Diving Championships, just in different orders.

On the girls’ side, Weston won its third straight title, overtaking Wayland in the 400 free relay after trailing their rivals by one point in the team standings going into the event.

As for the boys, Wayland defended its title from last year, finishing 27.5 points clear of runner-up Weston.

Girls’ Recap

A third-place finish probably never felt so good for Weston. Trailing by a point going into the 400 free relay, Weston’s team of Ariel Wang (1:00.45), Madeline Young (57.84), Kate Krueger (53.91) and Philina Zhou (55.59) took third in a time of 3:47.79.

With Wayland finishing 6th in the relay, that result was good enough for Weston to win the team title by five points.

Krueger, a senior,  was the top-point getter for a Weston team that didn’t win an event, taking 2nd in the 200 IM (2:08.11) and 500 freestyle (5:06.41).

The individual standouts were Seekonk junior Lydia Craft and Natalie Parent of Belchertown.

Craft won the 200 IM in a personal best time of 2:05.58 and then repeated as champion in the 100 breast with a time of 1:05.18.

Parent was the champion in the 100 fly in 59.28, and also won the 100 back in a personal best time of 58.35.
