We put the 2025-26 NCAA regular season to bed this weekend, starting with a Thursday night beauty in Hockey East. Based on the current NPI rankings, Providence and Minnesota-Duluth are the best bets for Blackhawks prospects to be part of the NCAA tournament, but games still matter through conference tournaments.
I’ll be watching Sacha Boisvert at BU this weekend. With increased talk that he’s going pro as soon as his sophomore season ends — what he confidently told us was the plan back at development camp this past summer — Saturday and the upcoming Hockey East tournament might be our last looks at him against collegiate competition.
