Sebastian Bach Addresses Skid Row Reunion Drama: ‘Beating My Head Against a Wall’ ...Saudi Arabia

News by : (Parade) -

“I've been saying that for 35 years,” the singer said on the February 2026 podacst.

Bach originally made the remark during a 2024 interview with New Jersey’s 105.5.

Bach fronted the classic lineup of Skid Row with Bolan, Sabo, Scotti Hill, and Rob Affuso from 1987 to 1996, and was the voice of their biggest hits, including “Youth Gone Wild,” “18 and Life,” and “I Remember You.”

Bach recently told The Metal Voice that while he would agree to a Skid Row reunion, he isn’t waiting around for it. “I got my own band. I got my own albums, and I play tons of shows. I'm extremely busy,” he said in January.

Bach is also very happy with his solo work. "I would hate to be in a position where I couldn't do the song 'What Do I Got' to lose. It's literally my favorite song of the set. And that's a solo song," he said. "So maybe if I rejoined Skid Row, I would sing one of their songs they did without me, and they could do one of my songs that I did without them. That would be interesting. I would be willing to think about that.”

Skid Row is looking for a new lead singer again

Back previously told the Get on the Bus podcast that the fact that the classic Skid Row bandmates are not together “doesn't make any sense.” “We're five guys that are playing the same set, but we're not together. Well, they don't have a singer right now, but…” he said in 2025.

“It’s not gonna happen,” the Skid Row guitarist told the Hook Rocks podcast in a 2024 interview. “I’m thankful that people have such an interest in wanting to see that happen, but I also have to reiterate that this is about being happy in the situation that you’re in. … There’s three of us — myself, Scotti, and Rachel — who’ve had conversations about this, and we’ve all been on the same page that we don’t wanna go down that road again. We just — we don’t.”
