GREECE, N.Y. — The U.S. Navy’s premier band is set to perform at the Greece Performing Arts Center Monday night.
Chief Petty Officer Pamela Blakely, a Spencerport graduate, is one of the musicians. In 2016, Blakely won a national audition for a French horn vacancy with the Navy Band in Washington, D.C.
The free concert begins at 7 p.m. as part of the Navy Band’s Northeast tour celebrating the country’s 250th anniversary. Although it is free, people must still reserve tickets. You can do so by clicking here.
