ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A woman, 55, is recovering in the hospital after being stabbed on Lake Avenue near Maplewood Drive.

Rochester Police say they responded to a 911 call on Sunday morning and found the victim with stab wounds to her upper body. She is being treated for non-life-threatening wounds.

RPD is still investigating what led up the stabbing. There’s no word on any arrests and anyone with information is asked to call 911.
