Apple’s Confidence Boost – On And Off Screen

Speaking at the Autosport Business Exchange London, Apple’s global head of sports Jim DeLorenzo explained how the project reshaped the company’s relationship with Formula 1 – and helped inform its decision to secure U.S. broadcasting rights from 2026.
"One of the great things about the movie, which has been obviously a huge worldwide success - that part’s been great,” DeLorenzo said.
“But really the important thing for us, what got us interested in the live rights, was being able to work with F1, work with the teams, work with the drivers.”
