Odom was arrested on Saturday Jan. 17, and charged with driving under the influence, speeding, and executing an improper lane change. The former NBA player claims that he was not under the influence of alcohol or narcotics at the time of his arrest.
Odom was allegedly driving more than 40 miles per hour over the speed limit during Saturday's arrest.
He continued, "I am cooperating fully, staying honest, and focused on moving forward with integrity. Thank you to those who continue to support me."
Odom has previously been arrested on charges of driving under the influence in Aug. 2013, and had also suffered a cocaine overdose in 2015. Odom has spoken candidly over the years with his struggles with substance abuse and addiction.
