ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Officers responded to a home on Cuba Place on January 14 around 7:30 p.m. for a reported robbery that included multiple suspects and victims.
Police say the victims were playing a poker game when multiple suspects, carrying guns, forcibly entered the house and stole valuables from them.
No one was injured.
Later, detectives began investigating and identified two possible suspects, Gemarion Parson, 18, and Tyrik Parson, 22, reports say.
On January 15, officers and U.S. Marshals found the brothers in a car and stopped them on Maria Street in Rochester, they were then taken to the Monroe County Jail on multiple charges.
Both brothers were charged with robbery in the first degree and grand larceny in the third degree.
The two brothers were also arrested back on December 29, 2025, after a robbery and in possession of a “Ghost Gun,” and charged on that as well.
