He became one of the best safeties in college football this season and was a big reason why the Crimson Tide were able to advance to the SEC Championship Game and the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff.
Hubbard finished the 2025 season with 79 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, 2 sacks, 4 interceptions, 6 pass deflections and 3 forced fumbles.
According to Pro Football Focus, Hubbard was one of two SEC safeties to play at least 600 snaps while earning a run defense grade of at least 90 and a pass coverage grade of at least 80. Hubbard also led all SEC safeties with 8 quarterback hurries this season.
