ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A 29-year-old man has been arraigned on a 40-count indictment for multiple sexual assault cases between October and November of 2025.
According to prosecutors, the charges against Ronnie Brooks involve eight identified victims.
Brooks was indicted by the grand jury on the following charges:
Kidnapping as a sexually motivated felony 16 counts of predatory sexual assault Strangulation Eight counts of rape Attempted rape Three counts of endangering the welfare of a child Six counts of sexual abuse Attempted sexual abuse Three counts of public lewdnessRochester Police previously said Brooks raped a 16-year-old boy, inappropriately touched a 21-year-old woman, and also sexually abused and attempted to rape a 15-year-old girl.
