A Clinton (North Carolina) High School product, Williams was one of the most sought-after recruits in the Class of 2024. Out of high school, he was rated 4-stars, the No. 1 player from North Carolina, No. 6 edge and No. 62 prospect overall by the 247Sports Composite. After being committed to Florida, Williams flipped to Auburn and signed, which was a big recruiting victory for Hugh Freeze at the time.

As a true freshman, Williams made 10 appearances. He registered 6 total with 1.5 TFLs, including half of a sack, in his debut season on The Plains.

This past season, Williams took a big step forward. The 6-2, 260-pound defensive end played 11 games on the edge, recording 16 tackles. He had 6 TFLs, good for 4th on the team.

Williams will face his former team in 2026. Georgia hosts Auburn at Sanford Stadium on Oct. 17, Week 7 of the season.
