Fresh off bringing their enduring music to stages across Europe throughout 2025 as part of their "Coming Home" tour, the Scorpions are set to return to India for the first time since 2008.
BookMyShow Live, the company producing and promoting the show in India, took to social media to reveal that the icons are "bringing six decades of thunder, distortion, and no mercy riffs."
The pre-sale kicks off Jan. 15, 2026, with a general sale starting on Jan. 17.
The band members are just as excited about returning to India after nearly 20 years as the fans, who can’t wait to see them perform live.
Guitarist and founder Rudolf Schenker said, “Sixty years after the band's founding, we're bringing our 'Coming Home' concert to India. It will be a unique celebration for our fans and for us.”
In addition to Meine, Scheneker and Jabs, the band's lineup also includes bassist Paweł Maciwoda and drummer Mikkey Dee.
While the band, formed in 1965, has acknowledged they can't tour forever, they've been going strong with six decades of experience and 19 studio albums, including their career-spanning compilation called From the First Sting, which featured a few unreleased tracks to celebrate the band’s 60th anniversary, and their last original studio album, Rock Believer, released in 2022.
