Aleppo, Jan. 7 (SANA) The Syrian Arab Army Operations Command announced that Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods in Aleppo will be designated as “closed military zone” starting at 3:00 PM on Wednesday.
In a statement, the command said, “A full curfew will be in effect in the two neighborhoods starting at 3:00 PM.” The statement also called on residents to stay away from SDF Organization’s positions.
On Tuesday, attacks by the SDF organization on residential neighborhoods resulted in the killing of three civilians, including two women, and the wounding of 15 others, including two children in neighborhoods near Ashrafieh and Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo.
