Emily VanCamp is looking back on 2025 with joy — and sharing photos of her kids along the way.
On Friday, January 2, VanCamp, 39, shared a series of photos via Instagram, including several snaps of her young daughters. VanCamp shares Iris and Rio Rose with husband Josh Bowman.
“Random tidbits from 2025. Wishing you all a very Happy and Healthy New Year! Let’s see what you got 2026?,” she captioned the carousel of photos, which feature both children wearing sun hats at the beach, sitting in the sunshine overlooking a snow-covered mountain and seated side-by-side at a piano.
Back in October 2025 VanCamp offered another glimpse into life at home with her daughters. “Those tiny hands and our feet in the sand… nothing better ☀️✨?,” VanCamp captioned the photo, which showed her in a black bathing suit and sun hat as she held hands with her daughters at the beach.

VanCamp and Bowman, 37, met when they were both on the set of ABC’s hit drama Revenge in 2011. VanCamp played Emily Thorne, a young woman who posed as an affluent newcomer to the Hamptons in order to get vengeance on the residents who destroyed her father’s life 20 years earlier.
Her character soon became entangled with Bowman’s, playboy Daniel Grayson.
The pair began dating in late 2011 and married in the Bahamas in December 2018. Iris joined the family in August 2021, and VanCamp soon left her series The Resident.
Emily VanCamp Courtesy of Emily VanCamp/Instagram“I spent so many years on network television, but then suddenly priorities shifted,” she told Deadline in October 2021 of the decision. “I think there comes a moment in every woman’s life — in every person’s life — where it becomes less about work and more about family, and that’s what happened while I was making the show. Doing that many episodes in a different city and then you add COVID to that, most of us couldn’t see our families for almost a year. It really solidified for me that family is where my heart is at the moment.”
“Thank you to all of our friends and family who made their way to celebrate with us! We are eternally grateful. And to @lelarose and your incredible team for creating my dream dress… Thank you times a million ???,” VanCamp captioned an Instagram photo of her and Bowman from their wedding day.
VanCamp also celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary with a sweet message shared in December 2023. “5 years married, 12 together ❤️ What a beautiful ride it’s been. Love the life we’ve built, our wild adventures but mostly the little family we’ve created. Happy Anniversary my love ✨✨✨. Can’t wait for all that is to come!! @march_forth_media,” she captioned the post.

Ready when you are little love,” she captioned the pictures at the time.
