ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A pair of brothers and their mom are facing charges after Rochester Police say they were involved in a menacing on Seventh Street in Rochester.
Police say they responded to Seventh Street at around 4 p.m. Monday for a report of a menacing. They say the victim told them she was threatened in her home by people with guns before they fled in a Chevy.
A few hours later, police say they saw the car on Orange Street and did a traffic stop. During the stop, police say the passenger, 18-year-old Gemarion Parson, had a loaded handgun and an AR style pistol in a book bag.
Officers took Gemarion into custody. Police say the driver, 22-year-old Tyrik Parson, was involved in the menacing and also taken into custody. The brothers were both brought to Monroe County Jail.
According to police, while the Parson brothers were being processed at the jail, their mother, Tamika Parson, showed up and was also taken into custody for the menacing.
The three of them face the following charges:
