Jackson initially signed with Florida as a 4-star tight end in the class of 2024. He was the No. 87 overall player in the country for his recruiting cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Jackson has not had much of an on-field impact at Florida through 2 seasons, but the Gators will be hoping that changes in 2026. This past season, Jackson registered 3 catches for 29 yards.
According to Pro Football Focus, Jackson earned 138 snaps this season for Florida. Most of his action came as a run blocker, where he received a grade of 60.8 from PFF. Although he only had 70 run blocking snaps, that grade was the highest amongst any Florida tight end in 2025.
