FOXBOROUGH, Mass. — Buffalo Bills tight end Dawson Knox has a lot to celebrate. During the Bills’ comeback victory on Sunday against division rival the New England Patriots, Knox set a new franchise record for most receiving touchdowns by a tight end. Earlier in the week, he also became a father.
Last week against the Cincinnati Bengals, Knox might have had his best game of the season with 90 receiving yards, yet zero touchdowns. That changed this week, when he picked up two touchdowns, bringing his career total to 26.

We’re not riding the wave. We’re not riding the ups and the downs, but staying consistent, doing our jobs, doing everything we can to win one play at a time.”
Knox said the victory was especially sweet as his first game as a father.
“Probably the top two greatest weeks of my life. Marrying my wife and then the week we just had. Welcoming our baby girl into this world. It’s a feeling unlike any other. I’m sure a lot of y’all know that feeling, but just so excited to get back and hold her,” Knox said.
The Bills, now 10-4, boast a three-game winning streak with three games to go in the regular season. However, they still trail by one game against the Patriots (11-3) for the AFC East lead. Next, the Bills will take on the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, Dec. 21, at 1 p.m.
