"It was massive. So I think, you know, whenever you take on a big project like that and you're able to complete it, there is that feeling of like, 'Phew, we did it!'" explained Roth.
Jasmine Roth Got Candid About Her Move to Utah
"It kind of changed everything," said Roth to Parade. "It's still the same concept and the show is still very much me and my business, going out and helping folks who have wrecked their houses. But that's pretty much where the similarities end."
Roth also referenced that she took on a lot of "wrecks" following her move to Utah.
She also said that she is happy with the results of the projects she took on for Season 5.
In addition, Season 5 cameras caught Roth and her family getting settled into their new home. Roth shared that their move to Utah "was definitely a rocky start."
Roth cited working with her "amazing team" as her most memorable experience on HGTV.
Roth also told Parade that she's most proud of being able to successfully juggle "owning a business and becoming a mom."
Fans of Roth are well aware of her personal mantra, Build Your Happy. While speaking to Parade, Roth shared what exactly this mantra means to her and how fans can implement it in their daily lives.
She said while she believes "all of us are striving to be happy," the kind of "happiness that we're striving for is probably unrealistic."
She then encouraged her fans to consider "celebrating the small wins" and to set "realistic goals and being flexible when maybe those goals have to change."
Jasmine Roth Shared Design Tips for Parents
"This show has been an opportunity for me to really dig in and prioritize what was important for our family. So it's been really fun," said Roth in her Parade interview. "I was able to showcase or follow the story of my five-year-old daughter's room, her bedroom that we did. And then also on the episode that aired [on November 19], we had my daughter's nursery, my baby's nursery. So that was fun to be able to share a little bit of our home and how it's been actually getting settled with our viewers."
"You can always patch the walls. You can always repaint. Hang stuff on the walls," said the HGTV star. "That makes a big difference. And then also just think about realistically, 'Okay, this room, if it lasts three years, that's plenty. Or if it lasts four years, that's fine too.' And just do it. You got to design it and you got to just actually make the decision to start."

"It's not that things are old, but that they are a nod to our past. And so I think that that like old world sensibility is going to continue. And so much of the modern aesthetic, clean lines, all these things that have been buzzwords for a while now, are going to give way to softer, more warm and cozy spaces," shared Roth.
"I always recommend paint. I mean, it's honestly the thing that is the least expensive, biggest bang for your buck. You can completely transform a space with paint. And anybody can do it," said Roth.
"Nobody is excited about decluttering, not really. But it is the thing that can make the most difference and it costs literally nothing," said Roth.
"I would love to have them design a room for me, especially because I know Erin could design it and then Ben could actually make it happen," said Roth.
