The Way Home stars Andie MacDowell and Chyler Leigh as mother and daughter, Del and Kat Landry. Created by Heartland producer Heather Conkie and Heartland writer Alexandra Clarke, the show debuted back in January 2023. The series, with its twisty, time-bending premise, was an instant hit for Hallmark Channel.

All three seasons of The Way Home are available to stream on Hallmark+. The first two seasons are currently available to stream on Netflix. Season 3 will be available on Netflix sometime in February 2026, according to a post by Chyler Leigh.
