Fronted by guitarist/vocalist Chris Cheney, The Living End burst on the scene in the mid-1990s, a punk rock/quasi-psychobilly band featuring Scott Owen on the double bass. The group quickly tasted fame with the release of their two-song EP, Second Solution / Prisoner of Society, in 1997.
