In the newly-released press report, Bloomin' Brands CEO Mike Spanos indicated, "We have great momentum in our business as demonstrated by our third quarter results." He added, "All four brands drove positive comparable store sales growth for the first time since Q1 2023."
Spanos shared that they will continue to test new ideas while focusing on "steak excellence." He noted, "Simply put, we are getting back to our roots of serious food and a focus on steak. We are first and foremost a steakhouse."
There are currently more than 1,450 restaurants open across the U.S. under the Bloomin' Brands umbrella. There are over 200 Carrabba's Italian Grill locations and 166 Bonefish Grill restaurants. Fleming's currently has 65 locations, and the company has almost 700 Outback Steakhouse restaurants. They also have over 350 international restaurant locations, most of which are located in South Korea and Brazil.
