(KRON) — Dominick Jeremiah Valle-Buitrago, the 19-year-old who stands accused of sexually assaulting a child in a Golden Gate Park restroom on Oct. 23, was formally charged in San Francisco County Superior Court Monday.

Valle-Buitrago is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. in Department 19 at the Hall of Justice.
