Teresa was the daughter of Ernest Harris and Mildred Jean Harris. She was married to James Johnson, Sr. also known as “Big Jimmy ”. Teresa was widowed on November 27, 2011.
Teresa loved to be outdoors. She enjoyed camping and being outside in nature soaking up the sun. Her children and grandchildren were so very important and special to her. She was devoted to her fiancé, Kevin Vickers. Also, she loved her fur babies: Little Bit, Bella, and Bisco.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband: “Big Jimmy Johnson” James Earl Johnson Sr.; daughter: Jessica Adams; brother: Danny Harris Lebanon, TN; sisters: Ann Adams, Georgia Lee Harris, Shirley Harris, Dorothy Harris, and infant twins.
Teresa is survived by her son: James (Little Jimmy) Johnson, Jr of Hartsville, TN; daughters: Melissa (Robert) Vickers of Gainesboro, TN, Tamara (Evan) Hickey of Clarksville, TN, Shannon (fiancé Dustin Cox) Johnson of Crossville, TN; sisters: Pat McClough of Lebanon, TN, Kathy Harris of Lebanon, TN, Doris Harris of Lebanon, TN; grandchildren: Kaylin York of Cookeville, TN, Maggie Adams of Hilham, TN, Shelby Adams of Hilham, TN, Taylor Vickers of Gainesboro, TN, Avyanna Patterson of Clarksville, TN, Breanah Vickers of Gainesboro, TN, Evelyn Johnson of Crossville, TN, Nevi Vickers of Lebanon, TN, Myah Vickers of Lebanon, TN, Jep Vickers of Lebanon, TN; fiancé: Kevin Vickers of Carthage, TN; stepson: Jesse (Nicole) Vickers of Lebanon, TN; fur babies: Little Bit, Bella, Bisco.
Visitation will be on October 24, 2025, from 4 pm til 8 pm October 25, 2025, from 10 am until 12 pm at Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday October 25, 2025, at 12:00 pm in the chapel of Anderson Upper Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro Jimmy Anderson officiating.
The family has chosen cremation.
